    在收到完整的注册表格之后，您会在48小时之内收到报名确认邮件，转账信息以及应支付金额会在确认邮件中注明。
    在大会期间，我们为与会来宾预留了部分酒店住宿房间（费用：标准双人间每人每晚100欧元/单人间190欧元，含早餐），房间预定在收到付款后才可最终确认。由于协议价房间数量非常有限，组委会将本着先到先得的原则进行住宿安排。对于晚到的预定申请，组委会会尽力协调，但无法保证所有人的房间供应及协议价格。​

Please complete the registration by filling-in the form below, and pay the registration fee if applicable. Standard registration fee is €450 per person (€350 before 15 September) and you will be responsible for your own accommodation and travel.
We aim to confirm within 48 hours of receiving your registration by email. Fees can be paid via bank transfer, please check the details in the email.
We have a limited number of bedrooms in Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport, at a discounted rate. If you would like to book one of these rooms, please let us know after you have registered and paid the registration fee. These rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis and we can not guarantee rooms for any attendees.​
